| Event Details | From local landscapes to global destinations, from the downtown gazebo to the Eiffel tower - A landmark can be any recognizable landscape feature, or an important event, discovery or change that marks a turning point. In modern use, the term can also be applied to smaller structures or features, that have become local or national symbols.
